Dear Frau:

We have had lovely weather all day to-day. I have stayed at home to enjoy it. Have been working all afternoon straightening up.

Your letter received.

Hope that Earl is much better by this time. Will look for you at 5:40 PM (Friday) (they day you receive this letter). If you don’t see right on the job go in waiting room and wait as I shall probably go out of town and may not be able to get there right on the minute. Then again it may be possible that if I should get west I might get on your car just before you reach city.

Regards to all the family

Yours truly

Max
